This sounds really good you know! If you find a font then even better! You should try and make a few mock ups and work on each one. Find an element, like a small animal that represents you and work around that? I dunno, I’m just spitballin’.

you’re right though and that’s what I was thinking of doing, just playing around with loads of font styles in upper & lower cases to see which one works best. Apparently when I see the right one i’d know! lol Thanks a bunch! 

Today.

Has been a little productive. To sum it up:

  • I went to the library and studied information relating to different types of bonding and some psychology revision.
  • Ate some food and listened to music.
  • Read up on ways to improve life drawings and exaggerated people/animals based on life drawing studies.

Yeah….so not bad.

juicefoozle: as a teenager in the 90ies, Katsuhiro Otomo’s Akira was a huge thing for me. I’ve never seen such a complex story in a comic before and never such level of detail and of course brutality in an animated movie. so, of course i loved it. i had the original of this pixelremix as a poster on my teenage room’s wall and just recently found it in one of my boxes from the cellar of my parent’s house. so i thought i might give it a try to capture as many details of it as i can into pixelstyle. i never did such a challenging and exhausting pixelartwork before, but i think it turned out quite nice.here’s the original: http://www.listal.com/viewimage/172474hi hope you enjoy it.if you like come and be my guest on:http://www.facebook.com/juicefoozle
